First safety test for beginning woods - Posted - Wednesday, December 10, 2008

The first of four safety tests will be given on Friday, December 19. The test will contain information on the jointer and the tablesaw. This is the first of four tests that the students must earn an average of 80% or more on in order to remain in beginning woods for the second semester.

 
Participation in the Spring Show is required - Posted - Thursday, August 28, 2008

ALL industrial arts students are required to have a completed project on display in the spring show on Friday, May 15, 2009.

 
Woodworking Projects Must be Pre-paid - Posted - Tuesday, August 26, 2008

As per 2007 school board policy, the estimated cost of all projects in woodworking classes must be paid-in-full prior to the student receiving any materials from the school. If the final cost of the project is less than the estimated cost, the balance will be refunded to the student at the end of the school year. If the estimated cost is low, the student must pay the balance in full prior to taking their project home after the spring show.
