Welcome to my website and to Adrian Public Schools!  I love teaching in Adrian, MN!  This is already my 15th year here in Adrian!  Originally from Luverne, MN, I found my first teaching job close to home.  I grew up on a farm and have three younger brothers. After graduating from high school in Luverne, MN I received my elementary and special education teaching degree from Northwestern College in Orange City, IA.  I furthered by education by earning a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Southwest State University in Marshall, MN.  Now I am married and have two of my own little boys, 11 and 6 years old.  During my time in Adrian Schools I have taught elementary, middle school, and high school special education, 5th grade, and 4th grade.  I have also coached junior high volleyball.  One of my favorite things about our school is the students.  I get to work closely with the students in my classroom and help them make connections with others in our school and community.  I also really like the staff in our school!  We all want the best for our students!  Our goal is to help each student be ready to reach their personal and career goals after graduation from AHS!
